LebaneseAmerican is a video that was shot inside my Aunts apartment. In the video, she teaches me how to make two Lebanese recipes that I grew up eating; Batata Harra and Mujadara Msufaye. The recipes she shares with me are bound together with my family's immigration story and explore the effects of cultural assimilation.
